Details: We are expanding our Franchise community and are seeking several Regional Franchise Directors across the country! We are looking for an experienced and motivational leader to drive operational excellence that delivers on our brand vision to be the favorite choice of fast food lovers! Having a prominent and visible presence in the restaurants, you will teach, lead and coach up to 10 Franchise Operators and up to 150 restaurants in order to help them achieve operational and financial success. This involves implementation of key initiatives and new products and systems, as well as completing business reviews and serving as a business advisor on sales, profit growth, cost management and guest service execution. You will ensure that business operations and practices are in compliance with franchise agreements and Company standards. In order to be considered for this unique opportunity candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. We need an individual with 8+ years business management experience in the food service or retail industry, including 3+ in Franchising or multi-unit operations.
