Assists and acts as a resource for related healthcare issues for the organization and keeping the organization on the forefront of new and upcoming legislation and regulations.  Essential Functions:1.  Must have the following knowledge resources and understanding and ability to communicate and train the following information to franchisees:  HIPAA Personal Care and Nursing Standards State Licensure, Accreditation, and Survey Requirements OSHA as it relates to Infection Control/Blood Borne Pathogens, Safety and Emergency Preparedness Franchise Compliance/Quality Assurance Caregiver Training/Competencies Client health issues 2.  Designs and develops curricula and materials customized for service provision training requirements. Identifies additional training solutions that enhance caregiver development and performance.  Must be able to present training as necessary. 3.  Provides support to franchise owners and their staff on care delivery methods and recommends improvements as it relates to companion/homemaking/personal care/private duty nursing services.  4.  Serves on cross-functional teams to develop and rollout of new programs, product or services.  5.  Participates in the strategic planning of CKFI’s quality improvement and safety program, to include monitoring, analyzing, and reporting Quality Assurance audit results. 6.  Updates regulatory standards in CKFI maintained licensure manuals that Franchise Owners may use in their businesses.7.  Provides support to Franchise Owners regarding service delivery standards and supports them in their implementation and compliance with regulatory standards. 8.  Manages/maintains the Client Care and Service Delivery and HIPAA Policy and Procedure Manuals.   9.  Researches (and disseminates as appropriate) current information of relevant regulatory and compliance standards.10.  Coaches franchise owners as it relates to resolution of client service complaints and monitors negative client satisfaction survey results.
