Duties/Responsibilities Provide leadership to the finance team. Recruit, select, orient, and train new finance employees. Evaluate market conditions and trends so that the planning process can be more accurate. Provide financial guidance with regards to policies and procedures. Provide financial support for special projects. Participate in the forecast planning process. Report monthly financial results to local management. Support external audit request and communications. Take an active role in annual fiscal inventory.
