Provide leadership and direct supervision to the campus management staff, including: Director of Admissions Director of Financial Aid Director of Student Success Director of Career Services Dean of Education or Director of Education Academic development and management Promote and facilitate innovation in student outcomes Manage functions associated with the development, delivery, and assessment of programs Operational management Manage the selection, recruitment, development, and evaluation of staff Implement policies for the operations and procedures of the institution Manage P&L Work with Reno staff to develop objectives, goals and budgets for goal attainment Other duties Participate in college activities Assist the CEO and administration as needed Participate and/or chair various institutional committees as needed Coach and mentor employees and help them in career planning and growth to become more productive and valuable as employees   Employee Benefits Summary:  We offer great benefits including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K, Profit Sharing, Short Term and Long Term Disability benefits, Paid Time Off / PTO (15 days per year), 7 Paid Holidays per year, Tuition Reimbursements of up to $5,000 per year, and more...visit us online to learn more.
